NIRA provides individual-level data from its past social surveys on the web, freely available for research and analysis. By opening up this data to many users, we aim to encourage diverse analyses and the creation of new insights. We hope this resource will support a wide range of users—including private citizens, practitioners, researchers, and students—in generating valuable knowledge. The data is available for free download.
This survey was conducted to capture evaluations of policies implemented during the spread of COVID-19 and to measure changes in respondents' views after reading opinions representing different positions on the government-imposed restrictions on individual behavior. The survey was designed to enable analysis of the considerations on which people based their evaluations of these policies.
The survey was administered online to registered monitors of INTAGE Research Inc. aged 18 or older and residing throughout Japan, from Friday, October 21, 2022 to Monday, October 24, 2022, yielding 1,770 valid responses.

This survey examines workers' perceptions and attitudes toward future work styles and skill development. It utilizes a deliberative question design to explore opinions on various issues related to labor markets and employment policies.
The survey was conducted online by INTAGE Research Inc. from Wednesday, December 7, 2022, to Friday, December 9, 2022. The respondents were registered monitors aged between 15 and 79 years from across Japan, with a total of 2,114 valid responses collected.
